1 Who We Are
QEDmn ("we," "us," "our") is an online e-learning platform providing algebra video courses for university students in the ST (Sciences et Technologie) stream, based in Algeria. By creating an account or using QEDmn, you ("user," "student," "you") agree to these Terms of Service.
2 Eligibility & Accounts
- QEDmn is designed for university students. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian is aware of and consents to your use of the platform, including any payments made.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account: full name, email address, and phone number.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
3 Courses & Content
- QEDmn provides algebra lessons in video format, along with related materials.
- All course content is for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, download for redistribution, or publicly share course videos or materials without our written permission.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue courses at any time. If a paid course is discontinued before you finish it, you are entitled to a refund for the unused portion, unless otherwise stated at purchase.
4 Payments
- All courses require payment to access. Prices are displayed in Algerian Dinar (DA) before purchase.
- Accepted payment methods:
- BaridiMob transfer : payment sent to the account details we provide; access is granted once the transfer is confirmed.
- Cash payment via in-person meeting : meetings for cash payment take place exclusively on the campus of the École Nationale Polytechnique (ENP), Algiers, at a time agreed in advance; access is granted once payment is received and confirmed by us.
- You are responsible for double-checking payment details (account number, meeting time) before sending money or attending an in-person meeting. QEDmn is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.
- If you are under 18, we recommend informing a parent or guardian of the meeting time and location in advance.
- Receipts/confirmations will be provided upon successful payment.
5 Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are final. Once payment is confirmed (via BaridiMob transfer or in-person cash payment) and access to a course is granted, no refunds will be issued, except where a course is discontinued before you finish it as described above, or where required by applicable Algerian consumer protection law.

6 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account access with others.
- Attempt to download, record, or redistribute course videos outside the platform.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users or staff.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
7 Intellectual Property
All course content, branding (including the QEDmn name and logo), and platform design are the property of QEDmn or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of this content to you.
8 Limitation of Liability
QEDmn provides educational content "as is." While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific academic results (e.g., exam grades). To the extent permitted by Algerian law, QEDmn is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
9 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QEDmn after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Algerian jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
