• Payment information:
  • For BaridiMob transfers: transaction reference/confirmation details you provide to verify payment. We do not store your BaridiMob PIN or full account credentials.
  • For in-person cash payments: the amount paid and confirmation of receipt; no financial account details are collected in this case.
• Usage data: which courses/videos you access, progress, and basic technical data (e.g., device/browser type) to keep the platform working properly.

3 How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Grant access to purchased courses and track your progress.
• Confirm and process payments (including verifying BaridiMob transfers or in-person cash payments).
• Communicate with you about your account, courses, or payment confirmations.
• Improve our platform and course content.
• Comply with legal obligations under Algerian law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4 Minors' Data

QEDmn is used by university students (ST stream), some of whom may be under 18. If you are under 18:

• We recommend a parent or legal guardian review this Privacy Policy with you.
• Parents/guardians may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information.
• We collect only the information necessary to provide the course (name, email, phone number, payment confirmation) and do not knowingly collect more than needed.

5 In-Person Payment Meetings

For cash payments, meetings take place exclusively on the ENP (École Nationale Polytechnique, Algiers) campus at a scheduled time. QEDmn facilitates the arrangement, but the meeting itself takes place outside our platform. If you are under 18, we recommend informing a parent or guardian of the meeting details in advance.

6 Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., video hosting, email services), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, if required by Algerian law or a valid legal request.

We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

7 Data Storage & Security

• We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
• Your data is stored for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal/tax obligations (e.g., payment records).
